SPECTRA HELP!!!!!!!

Hi all, i set up my spectra for Zone Enable and when i set my zones and put it in scan every channel goes into carrier squelch...and there is a longer squelch tail than normal??? Can anyone advise me what to Enable OR Disable in the RSS????? :cry:

It's in one of the numerous scan options screens, I think the one on the 'zone' screen, you must enable "PL scan" or something similar, which will allow the radio to scan w/o benig n monitor.

Coded Squelch Scan... ENABLED
on each mode you need scaned in / with PL.

This is set in the CHG/VIEW: MODE: OPT 1

F7 when in the CHG/VIEW MODE screen


MODE 001 --------

Scan Button Control......Active
Coded Squelch Scan......Enabled <<<<<<<<<
Talkback Scan..........Disabled
CODED SQUELCH.......Conventional
Reverse Burst/TOC...... Enabled
UnMute/Mute Type........Std/Std
