Astro Saber Fail 31/82?

Astro Saber Fail 31/82?

Has anyone else seen this? Any fix for it? Radio will not go into test mode and will not read or write. No communications al all.

Yep, got an XTS3000 model III sitting here with the same problem. Turned it on the other day it failed.

Replaced the vocon and all is well - sort of.

Now the display always displays "Test" on the second line and the menus do not show up. All of the buttons work great, I just want to fix the display now. Any ideas?

This is a display that was inside of a "model I" radio that I thought I hit the jackpot on. Could this be my problem?
