Band swap in AS1

I put an R split rf deck in an ex-vhf radio and put the original s-rec from the R split in it.

Now my serial number is 123ABC1234.

What did I miss?

The uhf s-rec had a normal serial in it, as did the vhf before the conversion...
Look, it's not in my nature to be mysterious. But I can't talk about it and I can't talk about why.
