Spectras and 1050 Hz tone

Can Spectras be programmed to decode the 1050 Hz tone broadcast by NOAA weather radio transmitters?

No I don't believe so. Analog Spectras can only decode mdc1200 calls/pages and dtmf calls/pages that I am aware of. They dont even do decode of PTT ID.
