UHF XTS3000 O-O-B

Post by Rayjk110 »

Hello.

Have a "R" Split "BN" rev. UHF XTS3000 (403-470 split)

The CPS (r05.00.02) is what I am using.

I would like to monitor 470.3125, will programming that mess up, in any way, the RX preformance of the radio? The CPS seems to take it, but says it may 'degrade rx preformance' or something to the like. Wasn't sure if taking it .3125MHz out of band would screw it up.

What radios do you own?: APX4K, XTL5K, NX5200, NX700HK

It'll be fine, the receiver can be pretty wide band. It's the transmitter, especially in digital mode, that doesn't like to very far out of band, but I think even 315Khz out of band isn't much of a stretch at all for the radio to be able to handle without any problems.
