Help Needed with my VHF astro saber III

Help Needed with my VHF astro saber III

I need help finding someone to program my VHF Astro Saber III
I need only 3 simplex talk around channels and several analog receive only channels.
If anyone know's a local place in southern Nevada or a dependable person that I can send it out to and pay them to program it please let me know.
