XTL5000 with O5 head - TX off freq in ASTRO?
My co-worker called this in a few weeks ago when he realized that all of our XTLs with O5 heads had this problem and /\/\ finally made it out as an FSB. The flash upgrade cleared up the problem. I can't believe that this one slipped thru the quality control cracks:

A employee at one of our sister shops received it from someone at the TSO Subscriber Team (system support center) when he was asking about something else. We came across the problem a few weeks ago on the bench and been assisting the USFGMD field engineers at getting them any info they need from our end. We performed the firmware upgrade and it appears that it does fix the problem.
The bad part is that it takes 20+ mins per radio. We attempted to use the USB cable to flash three radios, 1 made it and the other 2 turned into bricks and will have to be sent back to the FTC. We switched to the serial cable and quite a few radios flashed just fine.
We haven't been receiving TSBs and SRNs either but have been trying to check MOL now and then to keep up.

All SRNs are linked from the MOL homepage, look under service news. To get the emails, go to settings -> preferences -> general settings and be sure to click on "add me to email distribution". You may need your MOL administrator to help you out if they haven't given you access to the update profile screen.
Maybe you needed to add H102 - Conventional EMail Notification to the system.

I don't even have a service news folder.
We are only a self maintained customer with a SZ 4.1 system.
Maybe that does't warrant service news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
