I am looking at a VHF Astro Saber III with

R03.36.01

DSP: O5.01.06

FlashCode : 599108-1C5E00-1

My question is will it be able to IMBE?

NO!

Someone has tried to make that look like a IMBE radio, but that sure as hell isnt IMBE firmware

It can be, but im not sure how helpful /\/\otorola will be with a radio that has that flashcode. Cant hurt to get a quote though
