XTS3000's on ebay right now

Post by Wicho »

Hey everyone,

So I'm thinking some of you have seen the bunch of UHF XTS3000's on ebay right now that a whole lot of people are bidding on. My question is: Can anyone give me their thoughts on whether or not they are worth it? The seem kind of beat up, but...I know beat up does not necessarily a radio ruin.

If you search ebay for XTS 3000 (make sure you insert the space between XTS and 3000), they will come up.

Thanks for your thoughts.

If they're from CIEinternational or whatever, they're retired radios from the USAG, or United States of America Gymnists, so probably used in some olympics event/competitive event.

I have a model 1 XTS3000 in UHF with the same flashcode and DSP rev and ser# is kinda close, so I'm guessing in the same batch. Mine looked like new, and operated flawlessly. Altho it was bought from a member here on the board, not eBay.

I was just wondering myself were all these 403-470 XTS3000's were coming from. Like the flood gates were opened on them. Too bad there all in the federal gov't band.

Dan..

I hate arguing with stupid people. They just bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
