M9851 TRANSISTOR QUESTION?

help me please ive been surfing to get specs or data sheet on this transistor M9851 but havent found any info . the trasistor came out of a motorola power amp i want to replace it or evan substitute would be nice. :) thanks in advance for any help ..

The actual /\/\ number is: 4800869851 NPN 20 W RF 406 ~ 512 MHz and the Generic number is: CD2346. This device could have been converted into a /\/\ Global Part Number by now but I do not have access to that information. These RF Transistors were used in the /\/\ MICOR UHF "TLE Series" RF Power Amplifiers.
