Maxtrac Aliasing and Channel expansion mods

I have read on here through search, that the MaxTrac is capable of being modified for aliasing in a sense. Like FireDispatch being F1 instead of _1 on the display.

Where is the modification for this?

Also, what firmwares can be modified for more than 16 stock channels? and what firmwares can't?

Enable the Zone/Mode field.
Radios with the 16 pin board in the back can do 32ch.

I have a MaxTrac 300 with no zone or signalling option, is there any mod's for this style? I have been unable to find any.

I'm pretty sure you can only alias on a Radius, not on a Maxtrac.

Maxtracs will do it, but I think they have to be 16-pin. The option is under "Radio wide configuration" if the radio is capable.
