I an looking for a MOTOROLA ASTRO SPECTRA BOARD HLN-6458 1MEG VOCON
Any ideas where i could find one.

Well if you have $1400 you could get a bright shiney brand new one from Motorola.

Best bet is going to be trying to find one in a used radio and have it parted out.
