XTS2500 Flash to Digital Question

Noticed a few XTS2500's for sale but they are currently analog.
Does anyone know what the cost is to have it flashed to digital and what's involved in switching between analog and digital if need be on this radio.

about $500 to flash the digital but it depends.
Are they trunking, do you want them flashed to P25 at the same time

I would like it flashed P25 and I believe we are trunked
It says Motorola Type II Smartzone

You might also know that the system has all been upgraded to digital equipment but we have not switched over yet. We are still operating analog.

you need to know if the CC is 3600 or 9600 on the new sytem
