Cellphone Astro Decoder (PALM + POCKET PC to come)

Post by compuman81 »

Here's a screenshot of what I got so far. I started this earlier today.

Good news is that it will port over to the PocketPc and Palm effortlessly since its java.

I know more people will benefit from this rather than the windows version I already made.

I have someone testing this on a few different cellphones, so it should be compatible with everyone's phone when i'm finished.

Can you keep this in the decorder software thread? This way it's all in one place? We really don't need 50 topics covering the development of this - it can realisticly be done and easily tracked in one thread :)

[neat tho... people with Windows Mobile or Windows Softphones will probably need an actual windows port - it's hard enough getting random stuff running on the Treo, including Java (though, Google Maps does work).]

Cool man, I'd be interested in getting this for my RAZR as well.

If you guys can continue the discussion in the original link. Unfortunately I don't think we can merge the topics though..

Congrats to compuman for a couple of awesome utilities though.
