mc micro series

hi people,
I'm a new in this forum and I hope help me.
excuse me but I ask you an information on motorola mc micro.
I programme it with the software (option F6) with 286 and when I put read data it writes: " reading ok eprom 256 byte", well I have two, tree, ....problems

1)how I can tell in memory the informations that I write on the radio?
2) someone have the instructions of this programme?
3)....
