Anyone use D button on the jedi not the full case
Does anyone use the D button and swivel for the jedi? It looks like there is a regular one and a high activity version.
Does anyone have a good picture of the button, or anything else that useful?

Clip Button
I have used the TDN9690A....used it in a High Activity LE Enviroment several years back. It worked great with no issues whatsoever. Still have it and would use it again if needed.Grog wrote:That's the Swiveller TDN9690A Clip Button, that mounts on the battery.
They also list a NTN8063A High Activity “D” Button Replacement whixh is probably what I want, bur rgere is no picture listed of that. I think that looks different from what you posted.
I have not seen the High Activity replacement, but I never had any problems with the other.

Did you use it with the big leather belt loop, or something smaller?txshooter wrote: I have used the TDN9690A....used it in a High Activity LE Enviroment several years back. It worked great with no issues whatsoever. Still have it and would use it again if needed.

The big leather loop.....Most Police Supply Stores have varying products that will work with this thoughGrog wrote:Did you use it with the big leather belt loop, or something smaller?txshooter wrote: I have used the TDN9690A....used it in a High Activity LE Enviroment several years back. Does anyone make these for the xts line? I have this same thing on my ht1000 and I love it. I can't stand to use the leather cases that are made and while working using just the belt clip is not an option. that being said I don't carry my xts5000's at work.

Yes, I was bored enough to look them up even though I can't use one

Until recently LA Sheriff was using the NTN9212A on their XTS3000's and 5000's but stopped because the batteries were not strong enough to support movement of the radio around on peoples belts. They were getting hundreds of batteries back where the belt clip slot was breaking on the battery, but the battery was still good.
They went to a leather or nylon case but I'm not sure who the mfg is.
