hi everyone i have the following its a surplus radio i got free. could someone tell me what frequency range it is ect....

It's a 403-433 gov't split W4 Astro Spectra, probably either analog-only or VSELP by the serial number (old radio).

does it have a flashcode/flashport# on it at all? I.e. 1000040000004
