The change in the frequency limits is much the same here for the VHF, 144 to 148 in the USA. Most range 2 VHF Spectra radios go to 144 no problem.
Maybe the UHF side is much different, I do not know for sure.

Lots of hams from outside the US get questions answered here.

Some questions just don't have a lot of experts waiting just for you to ask.

Making smart-ass comments is a good way to ensure you won't get a useful answer this time or in the future.

It has been a while since I worked with that vRSS ersion. Most versions would let you go a few Mhz lower on the VHF radio.

What radios do you own?: X9000, HT1550XLS, MTS2000, etc

Every version I have ever worked with will go to 144 for a range two VHF radio.

How far down do you want to go?

And another thing...I don't know about others, but I don't sit by the computer every minute of my waking day. I look and answer when I get time. I think patience is the key more than worrying about where one is from.

Thank you, George
I want to go to 144~146 only as this is the legal range in here.
Is it just can input 144 in RSS directly?
How about 433 moves to 435 in UHF?

Again, thanks for your warm reply.

WTF:

After you done the modifications in RSS (covered here: http://batlabs.com/specband.html), you can enter the frequency (for both your VHF and UHF) directly in RSS.
