Can LAB read a codeplug from an XTS3000 (ie. read with no unpack)?

Which version is needed to work properly with IMBE, 2.00.01 or 3.00.02?

use 3.00.02

It doesn't have anything to do with the radio, just used to put the data in..........

Just get the S-rec and use it to load. As long as you have I or N at the beginning of your DSP ver code, you're fine.
