How do I obtain RSS legally. What all is involved and where do I start?

using the search icon or reading the announcement up at the top of this page. then call motorola 1-800-422-4210, dealing with motorola directly is the ONLY way to get it. you can't go to your local dealer and buy it, even the military and government has to deal with them directly.
