XTS3k Battery Conditioner

Post by Rayjk110 »

In a batch of new XTS's I've recieved; came with it was a single-unit Motorola battery conditioner, modl WPLN4086BR. Says "Kit : XTS3000" underneath the part number. Here it is:

Does anyone know what chemistry it will handle? I've got mainly NiMH batteries, so I'm not sure if it will handle those. Also did a search here and nothing turned up.

NI-Cad, and Ni-MH are just fine. No Li-Ion.

They are made by AdvanceTec Industries

Ok, cool, thanks.

Now, one more question. How do I know when the battery is done "conditioning"? When I put it on the green LED blinks, and then sometimes the red 'standby' LED blinks, and goes back to the green one, etc. Is there any indication that the battery is done conditioning?
