CDM1250 Control Station

I have a CDM 1250ls+ in a Control Station (Mini Console), I am trying to interface a headset, desk mic, and a foot pedal. All works fine except when using the foot pedal the tx audio is very low. When the PTT on the desk mic, or the Control Station are used the tx audio is fine. Headset plus into the headset port of the Control station, mic, and foot pedal are wired to the accessory connector. Thanks in advance.
