Fail 002, now that's a new one by me. Whenever I tried it with non 9600 trunking firmware radio, I got FAIL-001. I guess I should now check out what FAIL 002 meansbatdude wrote:is anyone out there familiar with this?

unfortunately, fail 001 and 002 have the same solution of "reprogramming the codeplug".Pj wrote:Basic Service Manual wrote:FAIL 001 Synthesizer Out-of-Lock a. Reprogram codeplug
b. Send radio to depot
FAIL 002 Selected Mode/Zone Codeplug Checksum
Error
Reprogram codeplug
I guess it's not 9600 capable, eh... or did you try reprogramming the codeplug/using a different S-Rec?
