Going through the CPS, I see a check for "Rebanding Enabled" and the control channel tab reads "700_800 Control Channels".
This looks to me like if the firmware is high enough, that the radio can be programmed on 700 MHz frequencies. My gut is telling me that there is no way for this to happen, but I can't help but wonder why the tab is labeled like that if the Astro Spectra can't support it.
Anyone care to elaborate on this?

I have a similar question. I have an XTS3000 with host of 7.07.xx and according to this thread, my host is pretty far off. However in the CPS "rebanding enabled" is checked. So I'm not too sure what's going on...
