Anyone know the mic wiring for an M desk mic? HMN1038B

I've been asked to wire a Motorola HMN1038B desk mic to run on a new Icom repeater.

The mic has just four wires of interest, black, red, green, and blue.

Does anyone know what functions are assigned to each of those wires?

I don't really want to destroy the mic or damage the radio so I figure
I'd better ask now rather than guess.

This is a split bar mic with separate monitor and PTT.

Black--Ground
Red----Mic audio
Green--PTT
Blue----Monitor
