HT-1250 Wireless Cloning?????

Can a conventional HT-1250 be cloned wireless. I may be getting a ht1250 and I thought I could clone it with my buddies Ht-1250. Is it possible?

just for clarification, by cloning you mean copying the programming codeplug from one radio to the other...without wireS?
