Spectra MLM SRAM Chip Datasheet??

Does any one have a data sheet or crossreference for the AT3864L-12RI SRAM Chip on the MLM Board. Its the Chip Between the EEPROM and EPROM. Part is made by Atmel but they don't have any info on this number.

That is a really old memory chip that has been obsolete for who knows how long.

Google can be your friend, well maybe unless you have been watching the news! I googled for "AT3864L data sheet" and got to this site:

They have a link to a PDF that is usable. You can keep looking for a better copy if you want.
