Schematic / Pinout for BLN1148B Headset Jack

Hey guys. Does anyone have the pinout for the BLN1148B Headset jack that is used on the Moto Centracom Consoles?
I am trying to use wire the headset jack to a CDM 1250 in a mobile dispatch setting for use with the same headsets our dispatchers currently use on the Centracom II console.
Any help would be appreciated!!

OK... This is for the BLN6717A (older) headset jack, but I would think it would apply if your headset jack has the 10 pin header-type jack on it.

The headset can be either a 4-wire or 6-wire type. The headset jack board is compatible with either type (note that jumper JU1 is OUT for the 4-wire type, but IN for the 6-wire type). When the headset jack is plugged into the jack receptacle, the following connections are made:

Pin 1A - Receive Audio
Pin 1B - Ground
Pin 2A - 4-wire: transmit audio
6-wire: PTT output
Pin 2B - 4-wire: aux enable
6-wire: aux enable
Pin 3A - Transmit audio
Pin 3B - Ground

Connector P7:

1 - XMIT LOW
2 - XMIT HI
3 - PTT
4 - AUX ENABLE
5 - RCV LOW
6 - RCV HI
7 - GROUND
8 - BIAS
