XTS3000 Fail 01/92

I know that this topic has been discussed on the board before but I have tried all of the suggestions and they don't seem to be working. Heres the story while programing my XTS300 (H09rdc9pw6bn) the DB-9 fell out. Now it comes up with FAIL 01/92. Tried blasting the old codeplug in to the radio and it power cycles the radio and then just comes up with the same FAIL. Any suggestions.
