MT1000 Error code

MT1000 Error code

I have an VHF MT1000 that is coming up with a serial bus access error 004. The radio is a display 99ch and the display is showing 88's no volume or squelch.

Is this a Brick? can it be saved? is this worth saving?

I am working on this for a friend who had someone else try to program it...

OK , Im a bonehead.... I was running it from a DOS shell.........

I ran it from DOS ... got it back up and running
