Can you reset a CDM1250 Mobile without power?

I have a CDM1250 that will not power up, I have tried everything and still can't get it to work! Can you reset the radio without having power to it? I am not 100% sure but it's a good possibility that the radio was set for an ignition sensor mode. Any help would be great, thank you!

If the radio was set up for ignition sense operation, you just have to supply power to pin 10 on the accessory connector, in addition to the main power lead. You can fin the connector pinout on the main Batlabs.com site http://batlabs.com/images/cdmacc.gif

If it still doesn't turn on, you're probably looking at bigger issues.
