Hello all
I have the pinout from batlabs but would like some help with connecting the following :

They want to connect this radio to the siren system (external speaker mode) and another speaker near the rear of the vehicle. IS THIS POSSIBLE?? if so which pin positions should I use for this setup ???

The external speaker would connect to pins 1 and 16 on the accessory connector. The internal speaker will continue to function, unless you choose to remove the control head and unplug it.

You would just connect the siren radio rebroadcast input in parallel with the external speaker. However, you need to be certain that the siren input does not tie one side of the speaker output to ground, since that can destroy the balanced audio amp in the radio. If it does, or you are in doubt, you will need to put a 1:1 audio isolation transformer between the radio and siren.
Amateurs train until they can do it right. Professionals train until they cannot do it wrong.

I don't know why my CDM radios would be any different, but when I plug in the external speaker, the internal one becomes disabled.

Not from the factory it doesn't. Only way I know of to do it is to disconnect the speaker, as HumHead said.
