HT1000 mic gain?

HT1000 mic gain?

Is there a way to raise the mic gain on an HT1000? I added a headset today and the audio is too low. need to raise it up. Any help??

I think you can adjust it in the radio service mode in your RSS. Been a while since i messed around with any of that and i dont have my DOS pc here at home.

Take a look. i think there is gain settng for the internal mic as well as accy or remote mic. document your original numbers and the changes... worst case, just change them back.

Also, the mic and noise cancelling ports on thos things are subject to getting clogged up with crud. Sometimes a good cleaning will bring the transmit audio back up where it should be.
