AStro Saber on a LTR uhf System

No, it will not do LTR.

I agree!! I had to pick up an Icom to do P25, and LTR. The P25 TX audio sounds like crap, and the new firmware Icom sent me only killed the radio. We need an XTS5000 LS :).
