Please Help! XTS5000 Programming Question

Please Help! XTS5000 Programming Question

Other radio users in my system report that my radio sounds like I am underwater or muffled. I looked through the CPS and found that in "TX Audio Control per Mode" In "Radio Wide" all of the internal and external "AGC" boxes were checked and the "AGC total" at the bottom was set to 6 and noise supression was on. Is this the problem or should I look elsewhere.
