is it possible that there are differences between the features in the Flashcode (what the radio suppose to have) and the Actual Features in the Radio itself???

Yes, but the radio would not have left Motorola that way. The Flashcode can have options and features that the firmware of the radio will not support.

Oh I would not say that, I had a XTS 5000 in for service and the radio returned with the wrong flashcode. It was sent back to be re-flashed.
