So I want to add a few options onto my XTS2500 Rev "B" 8 Meg.
Radio has all Tags.

It currently has
Q806 ASTRO Digital Operation
Q52 Federal Government FPP
H35 Conventional Systems Operation
Q53 FCC FPP And Radio Cloning
Q667 ADP Encryption Software DSP Based Only

And I want to Add
H14 Enhanced Digital ID Display
Q498 Hardware Multikey Encryption w/ OTAR
H46 Trunked One Touch Status Message
Q883 3600/9600 Interoperability
H38 SMARTZONE Systems Operation
Q947 APCO Packet Data Interface
Q361 ASTRO 25 9600 Baud Trunking
Q445 Fireground Accountability Software
Q446 Channel Announcement
Q574 9600 Baud Trunking
Firmware uplift to Host R10.

I'm adding the 3 DES module as soon as it comes out, but I need to have the trunking added in as soon as possible.

So the questions is What would it cost and is it possible to do? Also any MSS in the LA/SFV Area that can send it it so an Average Joe doesn't get screwed on an already good flashcode.

You're going to spend some money (several Benjamins) adding all that. Also, are you a legit fed user? If not, Mother M may ask a few questions about Q52...

Between multikey and the trunking options you're probably looking at about $2000 to $3000. And as Terry said, Q52 may raise some eyebrows

Cost isn't that big of a deal, i mean it is but not as much as having the FPP.

Quite frankly, are you certain that you NEED all of those options?

Q52 is going to raise an eyebrow or three. Expect that, at best, the radio will be Q53 only when it comes back.

Hardware Multikey - do you have a UCM in the radio already? If not, you're going to need to swap shields, add the module... more $$$$$.
One Touch Status Message - do you actually use this?
APCO Packet Data - why?
Fireground Accountability - this requires a complete system. Is this radio for department use (not likely since you're paying for the flash)? If the entire department hasn't gone to this accountability system, this option is pointless.

Just SmartZone will run you about $500, if memory serves.
