I know I have seen this somewhere on the board, however I cannot find using the search.

I have a MOL account, can I purchase a firmware upgrade for my xts5000's without sending to the depot? My local MSS was unable to upgrade them last time. They had to send off to the depot, witch took over a month to get back. I would also like to add H14 to one that is lacking it.

You will have to order from the district rep. for Moto dealers.
