UHF Visar - noise on transmit, need bulletin

Does anyone have access to the service bulletin that addressed noise (light static) while transmitting with a uhf visar. I found some info on search but can't find the actual bulletin that explains the fix.

I did a search on "Visar SRN" and that came up. It deals with a microphonic kit for the HT1000 but since the Visar is similar the fix may cover for this as well. The exact details of the SRN are there as well.
