2008 CVPI Horn transfer ring.... UUuugghh!!!

I searched for the info and can't find out where the best place to tap for the horn ring. The wiring coming down from the steering colum is almost impossible to dig into. Any ideas where to grab it and what color wire to tap into? Someone has told me that the 2008 is different than the 2007.

We are so busy that we are stil on the 07's Here is the 08 guide. The 07's had it behind the Heat/AC on the drivers side. It is a Dark blue wire loop
