What is need to make this Astro R into IBME?

What is need to make this Astro R into IBME?

Here are the details of this radio:

Host: AP_ R03.10.06
DSP: M 04.03.10
Model: H04UCF9PW7AN

Printed on the back is the FLASHport number: 0000080020008.

So what hardware would I need and would if need to be flashed, anyone done this before? Also it has the limited keypad, any use going to the full keypad?
