Astro Saber III usage on FRS?

Astro Saber III usage on FRS?

As previously mentioned in my other post my friend has an Astro Saber III for sale that he was no longer using. He had a buyer lined up and he dropped out last minute. I offered him 140 for it and he took it. I figure I can either use it or sell it. Anyway I was wondering if it can be programmed to talk on FRS? My family has about 6 of these that we use for vacations and I was hoping maybe I could make use out of this Astro Saber III.
