GP 338 Programing Problem

GP 338 Programing Problem

I have a few GP338's all with the model number H25SDH9AA6 that i need to program up for UHF CB and some other stuff for work. I have CPS version R06.01.00AZ...now the problem i am having as that you can only put 16 channels into a group at any one time, so i need to create a few groups this isent a problem but when i go to change the dial on top from change channel to change group it wont let me and stays on the first group. I had a look around the help file and found nothing to solve this.

Any ideas?
