Now that Motorola owns Vertex
I know this board has frowned upon information about non-Motorola products, will this change now that Motorola now has bought Vertex. I personally am very distressed that they have, I now have to find a different vendor since our Departments experiences with Motorola had been so bad.When I informed the Chief that they had he said it was time to find another radio vendor. I guess we will try Kenwood.

There is another thread here on the Board about this subject. Personally I
would not be too quick to take any action based on the announcement about
Vertex until something actually happens. So far the story is that Vertex will
be left as it is, at least for the time being.
