Does anyone have any info on what type of data protocol the Transmit Stun/Kill command uses? Data rate etc.

If you are talking about analog conventional (i.e., non-trunked), it is simply an MDC1200 command with a specific command parameter.

Astro (P25) conventional inhibit uses the 9600 bps data rate. Message format is TSBK (ie trunked control channel signalling on a 9600bps/4800 baud system)
