Police Net?

I have a friend who works for a small PD. They have been told that they are getting a new system called P-Net. Anyone familiar with this system? Is it any good?

Never heard of it...but I know there is a new TRS going in somewhere down in SoCal, but thats all I noticed.

There is TacNET which is an in-car computer system that can combine lights/sirens/radios/camera, etc and is being installed in CHP cars...in case that's what he was referring to.
