Viewing FSB's and SRN's on MOL

Viewing FSB's and SRN's on MOL

For some reason I am unable to view these on my MOL account. Do I have to call Motorola and request to have them show up? It would be nice to see the current issues with some of the equipment.

Wouldn't hurt to give them a call and have them walk you through it. It wouldn't
be the first time that something didn't work on their site for new people.

You can buy parts all day through MOL, but if your account isn't an "Authorized" service shop, you're granted limited viewing permissions.
