NTN8610 slim li-ion battery

Post by Pat »

This is probably a dumb question, but is the NTN8610 slimmer than the NTN9862 Impres slim li-ion? I can't seem to find any pictures of the 8610 anywhere.

If it is, the difference is a millimeter or two. Having owned both, I've never noticed it.

Of course, 9862 IMPRES FTW.

Cool, thanks. I'm happy with my 9862 but I was just curious because the 8610 is actually advertised as "thin".

If that is for the XTS, the non-Impress is thinner.

I have an NTN8610B on a 5k next to me, and it is thinner than the 9862. I've got three of these batteries for my XTSes and even being earlier date codes, they still preform well.
