Proper MW800 ram type?

Anyone know the proper ram type for a MW800 (5206?) I have the moto part numbers, but the guys at parts ID and data support are unable (or cannot) tell me what kind it is. Need to go from 256 to 512 or 1g

It is as I thought. MW800's use standard DDR memory.

Exacty. And navagaiting all the little parts inside that are interconnected (one part that looks like it will snap as there is no obvious access to the underside when I last looked at it), I'd like to open it up and replace in one move, vs doing it a couple of times.

MW520 is basically a PC from when... like 8 years ago? You would think that the memory would be in the PC133 era. Also be aware that at that age, the BIOS may be restricted to only accept 512mb of RAM.

From all the collateral I have from Motorola it says the MW520 is limited to 512MB. Take that with a grain of salt, though.

ml850's according to Motorola are only capable of 512, but recognize and work fine with 1gb. It may be limited, or may not...

My MW800 has a gig in it... if memory serves, it's DDR PC2100 SO-DIMM.
