Is there any website to get the model breakdown chart for the XTL 5000 radios ?

is this what you are after?

(note there is a typo - "S" split XTL5000's are 450-520, not 470-520 as listed...

also - every XTL5000 i have ever seen is labeled as "PW1" in the model #... since the control head
type is changeable in CPS....

Is there any way to extend the bandsplit on these units ?

the standard, previously discussed CPS bandsplit hacks will work on the XTL mobile software.
